NOTICE OF CORRECTION

Dear PBOE parents,

Our earlier letter sent home with children today requires correction and clarification. The last paragraph of the letter reads, “Please contact Health Services to arrange for your child to receive a COVID test. Your child will be allowed to return upon receiving proof of two negative COVID test results.”

That statement ONLY pertains to kindergarten students who attend NPES and students who ride bus P2. This statement does NOT apply to your child/student who is in K4 or Grades 1 to 12. This statement does NOT apply to students who ride other busses. All unaffected classes and busses will remain operational.

PBOE apologizes for the error in communication.

PBOE has been and continues to work with Aakom-Kiyii Health services during this unprecedented time. Their COVID response team is actively responding to all positive cases within our community and we encourage all parents to cooperate and follow their recommendations for the safety of our children.
